How Does it Work?

After completing the online assessment process, each prospect is compared to a top performer profile for the target role. Standard profiles are available for many roles, and customer profiles can be developed upon request.

Deliverable to the Hiring Manager

The hiring manager receives a one-page Hiring Recommendation Scorecard describing the capacities and potential fit of each prospect. A 20-minute pre-interview consult is scheduled with a ThirdPool Hiring Consultant to discuss assessment results, interview strategies, and onboarding/training insights.
