Yesterday, we discovered an individual is more likely to engage in the recruiting process if they feel familiar with you and your company.  
A great way to build familiarity is through “brand bragging.”

The best “brand bragging” messages are visually appealing, highlight your brand, and contain a single message that surprises your prospects.

Here’s a great example of a real estate recruiting message that meets these criteria.   

Where should you put your message?   Instagram.

Marketing researchers found that visual posts (like those used on Instagram) have 650% higher engagement than text-based posts.

Instagram has the highest brand engagement of all social platforms—better than Facebook and Twitter combined.
 
And, 80% of Instagram users follow business accounts.

No worries. There are lots of free resources available to help real estate agents market on Instagram.

Most of these ideas can be easily adapted for recruiting applications. 

I know it sounds counterintuitive, but bragging is the pathway to become relevant to your prospects.
